William Black is Professor of Geografy at the Indiana University. His areas of interest include: Sustainable Transport, Transport Network Analysis, Network Autocorrelation, Flow Modeling, Transport Policy and Planning. He is currently developing a Transatlantic Transport Research Program for the National Science Foundation and the European Commission. He works on new approaches to urban travel modeling.
