Steven Sloman

Cognitive Psychologist
Brown University

Steven Sloman is a faculty member in the Department of Cognitive and Linguistic Sciences at Brown University. He received his BSc in 1986 from the University of Toronto and his PhD in Psychology in 1990 from Stanford University. Sloman is a cognitive psychologist who studies the nature of the mental architecture that supports reasoning, inductive inference, and learning with emphasis on causal reasoning and conceptual structure.
