Stefano Nespor is a lawyer at the Bar of Milan. He is an expert of environmental, administrative and constitutional law. He has been a visiting scholar at many institutions such as the Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Mass. In 1986 he was Member of a public administration sub-commission in charge of the drafting of the Constitution in Nicaragua. In 1998-99, he was senior legal Advisor of the Albanian Supreme Court for the general elections on behalf of the Council of Europe. The European Union has recentely appointed him as senior legal advisor in a program of assistance to Kyrgyzstan for a reform of the environmental law system.
