Jørgen Mortensen is Associate Senior Research Fellow at the Brussels-based Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS). Within CEPS his main responsibility is the management of the European Network of Economic Policy Institutes (ENEPRI), initiated by CEPS in 1999 with financing from the European Commission’s Fifth Frame work Programme for Research (FP) and for the formulation and coordination of several FP5 and FP6 research projects implemented by consortiums formed
within, but also with outside partners, the ENEPRI framework.
