Ignazio Licata is Full Professor of Theoretical Physics at the Institute of Basic Research (USA) and the Institute for Scientific Ethics and Methodology, ISEM (Italy). His main interests are: Foundation of Quantum Mechanics, Space-Time at Planck Scale, Group Approach in Quantum Cosmology, Systems Theory and Constructivism in Epistemology,Computation in Biological and Cognitive Systems ( Logical Openness, Sub and Super Turing Systems).
Editor of Electronic Journal of Theoretical Physics (EJTP) and Quantum BioSystems.
