Giovanna Bottai
Giovanna Bottai obtained in 1989 her laurea degree, with top marks, in Economics with specialization in Statistics applied to demographic studies at the University of Pisa. In 1990 she joined the Scuola Superiore Santa Anna di Studi Universitari e Perfezionamento as a Phd student in Marketing where she worked under the supervision of Prof. Riccardo Varaldo on behavioural themes. Since 1999 she has been engaged in training about interpersonal relationships, communication, and business organization. Since 2001 she has been collaborating with the Percro Laboratory.
