Ghislaine Chartron is Lecturer at the Ecole Nationale des Chartes in Paris and a member of the GRESI (Groupe de Recherche et d'Etudes sur les Services d'Informations) at the Ecole nationale des sciences de l'information et des bibliothèques. She has worked on automatic indexes and on the evaluation of tools and services for digital documents, conducting research on the digital publication of academic work. She is also a founding member of 'Solaris', an online journal on information and communication sciences.
