Elena Pasquinelli. Scientific coordinator of Group Compas - Education, Technologies and Cognition (http://www.groupe-compas.net/), a think tank aimed at analysing current trends in the application of new technologies in education, on the basis of knowledge gathered from the sciences of cognition and of education. PhD in Philosophy (Ecole des hautes etudes en sciences sociales), with a thesis in cognitive sciences, and a background in rehabilitation of neuro and psychomotricity, she collaborated with interdisciplinary networks and technological laboratories. Her interests are in new technologies and their role in the enhancement of educational approaches and in the constitution of solid evidence and knowledge-based approaches to education that fully exploit research in cognitive sciences.
