David Cohen was born in London in 1963 and educated at the University of Sussex and the Courtauld Institute of Art. The exhibitions he has curated at the Studio School include Thomas Nozkowski, William Tucker, Ruth Miller, Alain Kirili, Lois Dodd, Rosemarie Beck, Rackstraw Downes, Académie Matisse, Watercolor, and American Cutout.
