Charles Lenay
Charles Lenay is Director of the Perceptual Supplementation Group in the COSTECH laboratory, University of Compiègne, France. His background is in the History and Philosophy of Science. His general interest is in the thematization of technological artefacts as constitutive of the human condition. In his current work on Perceptual Supplementation, his aim is to integrate a philosophical dimension (phenomenology), a scientific dimension articulating theory and empricial experimentation, and practical applications notably for visually handicapped persons.
